Is delivery free?

When is my order processed?
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days of purchase (with extra care for fragile items). The cut-off for same-day processing is 16:00 UK time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. You can also check the status on our Track Order.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (an extension of the 14-day statutory cooling-off period). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Full procedure in the Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Up to 7 business days from the moment the returned item reaches our warehouse. The money goes back to the same payment method used for the purchase.
