Naldony sells hand-poured soy and scented candles for indoor decorative use. The Goods are not medical devices, not therapeutic products, and make no health claims.

Use of ADR is voluntary and requires both parties' consent. Your statutory right to bring legal proceedings is not affected.

The relationship between the Customer and Naldony is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The competent courts are those of England and Wales, without prejudice to the Customer's statutory right to bring proceedings in the country of their habitual residence.

All content published on the Store — including the Naldony name, logo, product names, product descriptions, photography and Store design — is the property of NORTHWELL GROUP LTD or its licensors, and is protected by UK copyright, trade-mark and database-right law. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.

The Store may link to third-party websites (e.g. carriers, ADR providers, ICO). We have no control over the content of these external sites and accept no liability for their content, availability, or any consequences of their use.
