An electric instant water heater with no tank: it heats the water as it flows, so it only uses power when you turn on the tap and never keeps litres of hot water waiting. 3.8 kW, maximum temperature adjustable to 60 °C, and a compact body that fixes to the wall under the basin or the kitchen sink.
What is it suitable for?
For a single point of use such as the bathroom basin or the kitchen sink: washing hands, dishes and vegetables with hot water available straight away. It is designed for homes with average hot water use.
Do I need a professional to install it?
Yes: the electrical and plumbing connections must be carried out by a qualified professional. They will check that the electrical circuit is suitable for 3.8 kW and that the fittings are watertight.
How hot does the water get?
The maximum temperature can be set up to 60 °C. The automatic protection cuts in if it overheats.
Does it use a lot of electricity?
It only uses power while the water is running. With the tap off, it draws no energy to keep a tank hot, because it doesn't have one.
Where is it fitted?
On the wall, under the basin or next to the kitchen sink, with the fixings included. The cold water inlet is at the bottom and the hot water outlet at the top.

PROTECTED PURCHASE
No. There is no tank: it heats the water as it passes through, the moment you turn the tap, and only draws power while you are using it.
It has a 3.8 kW output and a maximum temperature adjustable to 60 °C. It suits households with average hot-water use.
It has automatic temperature protection built in, which prevents overheating and keeps it running safely and reliably.
On the kitchen or bathroom wall, near the tap. It is compact, takes up very little room and mounts with the bracket supplied.
The electrical and plumbing work must be done by a qualified professional. At 3.8 kW it is worth having them confirm the electrical supply is suitable. The unit comes with a European plug, so a UK adapter or a hard-wired connection is needed.
