Does it need a battery?
Yes, a USB power bank, not included. Put it in the inside pocket, connect it to the gilet's cable and switch on with the button on the chest.
How do I change the temperature?
Press the button on the chest repeatedly: blue for 25 °C, white for 35 °C, red for 45 °C. The colour of the light tells you which level is active.
How long does the heat last?
From 6 to 12 hours depending on the level: 10-12 hours at 25 °C, 8-10 hours at 35 °C, 6-8 hours at 45 °C.
Can it be washed?
Yes. Unplug the cable, remove the power bank and wash it; never wash it with the battery connected.
How do I choose my size?
It is unisex, from S to 6XL. If you wear it under a coat, choose your usual size; if you want it over a thick jumper, go one size up.
